Why do you charge a €10 deposit?
As we are a small team launching a new product, this deposit helps us assess the market demand. It is a win-win offer: you help us build with confidence, and we reward you for backing us early.
What exactly am I paying for?
A €10 deposit makes you an Early Contributor. It locks in your Super Early Bird price — lower than the public campaign — plus a free accessory of your choice, access to our inner community, and exclusive content. The €10 is later credited toward your machine purchase on launch, and it is fully refundable. It is a deposit and not a machine purchase. The payments are processed by Shopify and completely secure. We never see your card details.
Can I get my €10 back?
Yes, anytime before launch, no questions asked. Just email us at daniele@piccolacnc.com and we'll refund it. While it sits there, it holds your price and your benefits.
When will the Piccola CNC ship?
We're finalizing development now. The shipping will take place in 2027 and the Early Contributors will be the first to know the exact timeline — and the first in line when production starts.
